To Determine Shipping & Handling Charges:  Shipping & handling charges are calculated based on the shipping weight and destination of each order. If you want the exact shipping & handling charges for your order, e-mail us at: sales@

Estimating Shipping & Handling Fee’s: If you are faxing or mailing in your order and wish to estimate the shipping & handling, add 10% to your order total. If the estimate is more than the shipping & handling, we will refund the difference. If the Shipping & handling charges are more than the estimated amount, we will contact you for a convenient method of paying the difference.

UPS Oversized Freight Policy:  Shipping & handling charges are based on the shipping weight and destination of the products ordered. Some items require additional shipping & handling charges and are excluded from the free freight policy. “UPS Oversize” rates are determined by package size. If a package is 84” to 108” in length and girth combined, UPS charges an “Oversized” package rate of 30 lbs (even if it weighs significantly less than 30 lbs); If a package is 109” to 165” in length and girth combined, UPS charges an “Oversized” package rate of 70 lbs.

Pricing:  While we make every effort to prevent errors, mistakes will happen. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Restrictions:  We cannot ship aerosols, flammable items or items containing hazardous chemicals by air or expedited delivery service.


Returns:

Please have ready the UPC code or the Imperial Products USA product number, the reason for the return, and if possible the date or invoice number when the item(s) was purchased. Only the products matching the following criteria will be considered:

A. The product was purchased from Imperial Products USA within the past 30 days 
B. The product is in its original packaging and is in new saleable condition
C. The packaging has not been altered (i.e. price marked, written on etc.)
D. The product is still under the manufacturer's warranty
E. The product has not been abused
F. Store breakage will not be considered

Only those items that have been pre-approved and included on the RA form may be returned. In the event you send us merchandise that is not included on this form, the merchandise will be discarded and you will not receive credit for them. RA forms can be e-mailed or faxed into our offices.

Once the merchandise has been received back at our facility, it will be checked to make sure it fits the above-mentioned criteria. In the event it does not, credit will not be issued and the merchandise will be given to local animal services. We will then process and apply your credit to your credit card. We will include a copy of the credit memo with your next invoice. If any product has been rejected because it does not meet the criteria, you will see the merchandise listed on the credit memo but no dollar value or quantity will be filled in. This will be your indicator that the merchandise has been rejected. If further explanation is needed, please contact your Credit/Returns Department.

RESTOCKING FEE
In the event you request to return merchandise that does not fit the above criteria a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

  5. Purchased on the web

We reserve the right to reject any merchandise returned that has not followed the procedures and policies listed above.

DAMAGED/SHORTAGES ON DELIVERY

ALL SHORTAGES or DAMAGE FROM YOUR DELIVERY MUST BE CALLED IN WITHIN 48 HOURS .  The claim will be written up and investigated then credit will be applied to your credit card accordingly. Please call the office with any claims.
